Suggest also to check journals
in your specialty by impact factors e.g. on https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php?category=2717
You can choose according to the strength of your article.

Take care to look for open
access journals. Some of them is not paid or exempt or reduce fees significantly
for researchers from middle-low economic status, especially if the research is
self-funded. Lots of upaid open access journals have good impact e.g. Saudi
journals (nearly all of them are free, however articles review is tough).
Check Expert opinion from colleagues or email expert to ask
for suggesting a journal
Check Citation

while doing the prewriting
files and reviewing literature (document any journal name that might be
suitable).

Also, citation in
references of your article.

Or from references of the most
related 3 articles that you used for your article references (google scholar
