Responsibilities
Supervising
residents in OPC, inpatients, ward rounds
Decision making for clinical issues.
Conduction
of special out-patient clinic services.
Administrative
Responsibilities
This
includes supervision of residents in their administrative work and liaising
with service manager and other team staff
Teaching &
training Responsibilities
Clinical teaching for residents, house officers, and
undergraduates
Training medical staff on management schemes
Preparing
teaching material for undergraduate medical students, nurses, and
psychologists.
Academic
Responsibilities
Attending
induction and CME courses.
Attending
courses for M.D. degree.
Conference
preparation and academic presentation.
Journal
clubs presentation.
Research
Responsibilities
Completing
research required for M.D. degree.
Preparing reviews and methodologies for researches of
interest for the specific unit.
Preparing
statistical analysis for clinical activities for the specific unit.
Audits
